About once a year I get to visit with this wonderful family. I've known them since Shannon was pregnant with Thea and it is so special getting to see the family grow. Nathan has matured into an adventurous yet sensitive boy, and Thea... well she had me laughing the whole shoot with her adorable ways.

I have the honor of photographing this beautiful family every once in a while, and this special occasion happened to coincide with a visit from Grant's mom from New Zealand. We took the kids to a nearby park and a beach, just to explore and have fun. This is why I love my job so much...

Last week I had the pleasure of hanging out with a really cool family. I went to the beach with Grant, Shannon and their sweet son, Nathan. Wow, is that 2 year old ever on the move! Shannon and Grant have such a calming presence, mixed in with his adventurous and independent spirit
Nathan had a beautiful, serene way about him. Expecting another little one any day, Shannon was so radiant, just glowing!
